A vast array of modules enables the creation of numerous variants of industrial-style buildings. This assets pack comprises 39 modules featuring first-floor walls (doors, windows, and plains), upper floors walls (windows and plains), three roof types, one roof window, angle walls, side walls, wooden shelters and racks, a wooden bracket with crane capabilities, metallic reinforcement, and two chimneys. Eleven materials are used for the 39 objects, with shared materials among similar objects and individual UVs for each object. Three preconceived buildings are also included in this asset. Easy to use, all parts are based on metric parameters, requiring movement along X, Y, or Z axes by increments of one meter. For example, a wall part is three meters wide for five meters high. The 3D model is suitable for game and low-poly usage, with all materials prepared for PBR rendering. Originally created using Blender 2.79b, this model is a low-poly creation.
