TO DOWNLOAD THE STL FILES: https://cults3d.com/en/users/Eff3DWeb/creations The Modular Nigiri Sushi consists of 2 or 3 interlocking parts, depending on whether you have chosen nigiri with or without seaweed. The modularity allows you to print separate pieces in different colors, thus limiting post-production work related to unique models. Inside the .zip file, you will find two different settings depending on the relative tolerance of your printer, to ensure the best printing of the piece. If you have an inaccurate printer, I recommend printing the files inside the "tolerance-0.2" folder. If you have a very precise printer, you can print the files inside the "tolerance-0.1" folder. I strongly advise using supports only in contact with the print bed. For optimal results, I suggest using a layer quality of 0.1 mm or 0.2 mm. To simplify the printing process and minimize support removal time, slice according to the guidelines shown in the photo. A good print setting could be: For "tolerance-0.1" files: Layer quality/height: 0.1mm Media: yes, only contact with the print bed For "tolerance-0.2" files: Layer quality/height: 0.2mm Media: yes, only contact with the print bed Print settings for Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro: For Quality 0.1mm: Layer height: 0.1 Initial layer height: 0.2 Line width: 0.44 Initial layer line width: 100% Shell Wall thickness: 1.76 Top/bottom layer thickness: 0.8 Filling the gaps between the walls in all possible points Filling Density: 20% Cube filling configuration Material (PLA SUNLU) Printing temperature: 190 Initial layer printing temperature: 215 Initial print temperature: 190 Final printing temperature: 190 Print bed temperature: 60 Speed Print speed: 50 Travel speed: 150 Printing speed of the initial layer: 20 Shifts Enabling retraction: yes Retraction distance: 5 Retraction speed: 50 Combing everything mode Cooling down: 100% Support Media positioning: Contact with the print bed Stand overhang angle: 65 Print bed adhesion Skirt For Quality 0.2mm: Layer height: 0.2 Initial layer height: 0.2 Line width: 0.44 Initial layer line width: 100% Shell Wall thickness: 1.76 Top/bottom layer thickness: 0.8 Filling the gaps between the walls in all possible points Filling Density: 20% Cube filling configuration Material (PLA SUNLU) Printing temperature: 190 Initial layer printing temperature: 215 Initial print temperature: 190 Final printing temperature: 190 Print bed temperature: 60 Speed Print speed: 50 Travel speed: 150 Printing speed of the initial layer: 20 Shifts Enabling retraction: yes Retraction distance: 5 Retraction speed: 50 Combing everything mode Cooling down: 100% Support Media positioning: Contact with the print bed Stand overhang angle: 65 Print bed adhesion Skirt
