Modular Multi Purpose Electronic Container (MMPEC)
thingiverse
### Why? I don't like square boxes, so I designed this Amazon Alexa-inspired DIY project with a modern twist. It's modular, allowing you to snap together the modules you need in your desired order. If you're feeling adventurous, print the different modules in various colors. The bottom module is designed to accommodate a breadboard directly into its slot and features an opening for the USB cable. I use NodeMCU and barebone ESP8266 controllers with and without batteries. With over 10 boxes around my farm, this design has proven to be practical and efficient. ### The Project This modular design allows you to customize your project by combining the modules in any order. If you're feeling creative, print the different modules in different colors to add a personal touch. The bottom module is designed to fit a breadboard directly into its slot and features an opening for the USB cable. I personally use NodeMCU and barebone ESP8266 controllers with and without batteries. ### Tips Important: - For the LED part, print it using translucent PLA to maximize the light effect. - Before printing the lid part, flip it upside down to ensure proper alignment. - When printing the air part, enable "Detect thin walls" if you have this option available. ### Contributions If you have any suggestions for improvements or additions, please let me know.
