Modular mountable SD/MicroSD Card box with extract button and auto-close cover

I wanted a modular/stackable SDCard box that could be mounted right onto my printer. I was determined to find a sturdy solution to keep those valuable cards protected, and that meant inserting them entirely into a socket. To make extracting them easier, I designed a simple plunger mechanism with a small cam that pops up automatically when you insert the card, then all you need to do is push down on it and out comes the card! Easy to assemble too - stack as many slots as you want, screw 'em together with some M3s and nuts, and voila, instant modular box. I made sure there's room for different colors too so you can pick the one that suits your mood. For added convenience, I also tossed in a removable cover. With M3x50 screws, you can stack up to eight holders without a problem. Want custom screws? Just chop them down! I'll post some pics once I'm done fiddling around - they might be slightly off from the actual design. STLs and FreeCAD sources are always up to date, so don't worry about anything being outdated. A heads up: use ABS over PLA since it sands way better, but for the little bits like cams and buttons, stick with PLA because, you know, detail matters. It may not be the prettiest thing out there, but this design keeps your SDCards secure - mission accomplished! Just a quick reminder: I'm not exactly a professional designer here, just a dude who likes to get things fixed. Have fun making it! UPDATE (27-NOV-2015): I added an extra module that can fit a couple of microSD cards in case you need that. Don't worry; the button and cam stay the same - it's all about adding those two new parts: the module itself, plus the little '4' bit. UPDATE (16-NOV-2015): Since I added 7 modules and they looked so good together, I whipped up a new top cover to fit. Only thing is, my old six-module top cover was way too small... UPDATE (13-NOV-2015): So there I am trying out my top cover and it refuses to open all the way! Easy fix - trimmed some stuff off and voila: now it opens with no problem in one position or another. That doesn't change its non-symmetry one bit, but job's done for today! UPDATE (12-NOV-2015): V3 just rolled out the door. Made holes bigger so they're a breeze to fit, plus tacked on an automatic top cover - basically just slap some nuts onto this design, you've got yourself an automatic top close cover system. UPDATE (11-NOV-2015): V2 just came off the production line! Swapped the hole locations for better ease of assembly. Adjusted that plunger to match actual SD card sizes. Even bumped up how far it goes so now those pesky cards will slide out faster than you expect - perfect job while we've got time
