I built a modular mount for my installation and it worked great, but I need to make some improvements - it's just a first try. The design is pretty solid and allows me to adjust the airflow on each axis to get it exactly where I want it. One thing I realized is that one of the pieces needs support, so be careful not to put any inside the large piece or it will block the airflow. Simplify3D makes it easy to place supports just under the right spot, but I'm not sure about other slicers. This is just a quick prototype and I'll post an updated version later.
