Hi, First off, I want to give a huge shout-out to DrunkenMonkey288 for creating this awesome design: https://www.rockcrawler.de/wcf/user/9416-drunkenmonkey288/ It works amazingly well in wet conditions and is super modular, so you can easily extend the bridge when needed! I tweaked DrunkenMonkey288's original design by scaling down the height and length of the bridge to make it fit perfectly on the M416 Trailer by OSSUM. You'll find a picture showing how to store it inside the trailer (inner dimensions 182mm x 97mm). The bridge itself is 50mm wide. You can check out the M416 trailer here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2055193 To connect the elements of the bridge, I added a 5.0mm hole. Also attached are spigots with diameters of 4.9mm and 4.6mm. If you have a bit of over-extrusion like me, you can use the smaller spigot. It's essential to print the spigot with 6 shells (see photo attached) for maximum strength. The spigots have flat sides to ensure better adhesion to the print bed and holes on their ends for securing them in place with standard body clips. The bridge and ramp were printed with 4 shells and 30% infill, requiring support during printing. I used a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.3mm layer height, and PETG material, which resulted in an incredibly strong bridge. The spigots, on the other hand, were printed at a 0.2mm layer height. A single bridge with printed spigots can easily support my TRX-4, weighing around 5.5kg.
