Two types of low-poly wooden enclosures come in convenient modular pieces to quickly create boundaries, pens, and barriers. Wattle weaving mainly uses hazel and branches from other scrubby bushes. Diagonal rod fences between posts are held together by thin twigs and vines. These kinds of fences are still widely used, especially in Scandinavia and Eastern Europe.
