Modular Magnetic Photo Wall. Frame elements mounted directly to the wall using either 3M Commander strips or double-sided adhesive. 10mm x 2mm magnets securely hold steel plates in place. I used 0.25mm x 225 x 300mm galvanized sheets for this project. Photos are held firmly to the wall with small 2mm x 10mm magnets. This design was created using Fusion 360 software. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer Model: R1 ABS + PLA Model Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 15% Post-Printing: No post-processing is required, as a 0.2mm tolerance is included for both magnet diameter and depth. The magnets should fit perfectly without any issues. Applying a small drop of super glue ensures they are securely fixed in place. Installation: I recommend starting by sticking a vertical row to the wall first. Then, place the next full vertical row metal sheets with their mounts on both sides. Remove the backing tape from the outer side and stick it to the wall. Progressively work outwards to ensure everything stays square and evenly spaced.
