Modular litterbox load-sensor kit
thingiverse
This is a modification of my own load-sensor mounts for modular mounting on any litterbox. These mounts have three components: the "mount-point", put on the box, and the "load-cell enclosure", which attaches to the mount point by aligning the mount-point hemispheres with the enclosure grooves, pushing them on, and rotating 90 degrees. The reason for this modular design is so that one set of load-cells can be quickly and easily removed from one litterbox and mounted on another (I have two litterboxes that I swap for each other when they get grody, and it's convenient to be able to move the load sensors painlessly). I attach the mountpoints with hotglue; you could modify the mounts to have screwholes. The mount enclosures are very tight, but the whole idea is that the enclosures themselves are movable, so there's never a reason to remove the load sensors from them, so you can go ahead and jam them in with pliers. You can put a "shoe" from the original Catgenie kit under each enclosure to ensure good floor contact.
