Stick the upper ring together. 2. Put the lower ring together but do not stick. 3. Insert the upper ring with 4 struts onto the lower ring. 4. Insert the remaining struts between the rings. 5. Glue the top end ring into the top ring with offset. 6. Glue the inner mounting ring onto the lower ring. 7. Stick the lower end ring under the lower ring with offset. 8.
