Modular Kelp Nightlight
thingiverse
This is a night light with a kelp theme. It features an octopus at its base and a garibaldi on a leaf, both of which can be easily detached and reassembled to create multiple different designs. I plan to design more modules in the future, but for now, they will be released as separate products. The garibaldi-leaf connector is designed to screw into place by aligning it correctly and turning it simultaneously, allowing you to set up the entire unit at once. This makes assembly a breeze. To keep everything tidy, I used hot glue to secure the lights and wires in place. A hexagonal hole in the base of the night light provides space for the three-terminal switch, which can be found on Amazon. The color LEDs used are also available from Amazon, providing a wide range of colorful options. As for power, I used rechargeable batteries that can be easily replaced when they run out.
