Modular ITX Case
thingiverse
This is a custom ITX computer case designed to meet my specific requirements. It features a modular system that can be printed on a 20x20x10CM 3D printer. The goal is to create a lightweight case that weighs as little as possible, with an estimated weight of around 0.5-1KG once printed, which is roughly equivalent to the weight of a standard spool. Here are the various modules that make up this custom ITX computer case: Base Module: This module provides enough space for a 50MM high CPU fan, similar to the Intel stock cooler, and weighs approximately 140 grams. Graphics Module: Designed specifically for mini ITX graphics cards, such as the Sapphire RX 570 GPU I have on hand, this module weighs around 125 grams. Storage Module: This module offers room for a 2.5" HDD, though some users may not need it due to the increasing popularity of M.2 storage solutions, weighing in at approximately 100 grams. Power Supply (ATX) Module: Engineered with an ATX power supply in mind, such as the Cooler Master B600 I'm currently using, this module provides ample space and weighs around 170 grams. Power Supply (SFX) Module: Designed for SFX power supplies, this module offers a compact and efficient solution. Lid: A removable lid that tops off the case Lid With Fan: A lid with a central location for a 120MM fan
