Modular Industrial Staircase kit for game creators. High-performance meshes built with low-poly efficiency and Metal-Roughness PBR textures tailored specifically for Unreal Engine 4. (Roughness inverted) This is a fully game-ready model, thoroughly tested in Unreal Engine 4 and Marmoset Toolbag 2. 11 unique meshes, featuring damaged versions of staircase parts, offer flexibility to rotate and repeat individual pieces for personal staircase designs. All eleven pieces are organized into separate files, allowing effortless importation: StairCase_Section01.fbx (980 tris) StairCase_Section02.fbx (230 tris) StairCase_Section03.fbx (920 tris) StairCase_Section04.fbx (892 tris) StairCase_Section05.fbx (532 tris) StairCase_Section06.fbx (644 tris) StairCase_Section07.fbx (1068 tris) StairCase_Section08.fbx (948 tris) StairCase_Section03_damaged.fbx (1040 tris) StairCase_Section04_damaged.fbx (990 tris) StairCase_Section05_damaged.fbx (378 tris) Modelled at real-world scale, FBX files utilize origin location at the mesh corner to ensure precise alignment and snapping within Unreal Engine 4. Grid system implemented on a .5 meter basis for seamless integration using the engine's built-in grid snapping feature, making it unnecessary to adjust snapping settings. Each piece has been modelled to accommodate smooth viewing from multiple angles without visible seam distortion. Triangle-only meshes feature normal orientation established in Max through use of smoothing groups, preventing visual abnormalities during renderization. Textures saved at 2048x2048 resolution in PNG format include: albedo.png (baked textures, free of lighting and AO) roughness.png (compatible for importation to Unreal Engine 4) normal.png Normal overlays utilized throughout, ensuring no disruption or seam visibility within textured meshes. Pre-established Lightmap UVs available within FBX files to ensure streamlined process upon render export. Ensure the application used features metalness set at a 0 value, as necessary, to ensure model proper viewing display. Non-destructive PSD layers included to easily tailor texture overlays: check out the accompanying youtube intro video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f4SmByaYLzw
