This 3D model was originally created using Sketchup 13 before being converted into all other available formats. The native format of this design is the .skp file, with the scene specifically tailored for use in 3ds Max 2016, where it has been rendered utilizing Vray 3.00 software. This conceptual project combines elements such as a foundation and roof to create an expansive layout composed of eight distinct modules, including four structures that measure 14' by 28', located on the left side, and another set of four structures measuring 14' by 48' situated on the right side. As for the interior features, the model incorporates three spacious bedrooms, two-and-a-half modern bathrooms, a large two-story living area, an ample country-style kitchen, not to mention two fully functional workstations, plus a generous-sized 2-car garage. In appearance, it bears resemblance to what could be a repurposed military barracks, thanks in part to its utilitarian feel and robust design. The total size of the model spans approximately 28 feet wide by 88 feet long. The addition of an elevator situated between the first and second floors offers ease of access throughout this large structure, with control rooms located conveniently on the upper floor for easy maintenance and upkeep. All eight modules are categorized based on layers to facilitate clear viewing of both internal spaces as well as the foundation level below, allowing you to see through into the crawlspace. Note that an inoperable hydraulic elevator mechanism has been modelled; you may simply turn off this layer should you desire uninterrupted views from top to bottom floor. Additionally, note that floor-to-floor heights within these structures span 10 feet in total, ensuring plenty of room for furniture and movement.
