This 3D model was originally brought into being using Sketchup 8 before getting converted into various other 3D formats. Native format is .skp and can easily be accessed in a 3dsmax scene built specifically for the Max 2016 version of the program. It's been rendered with Vray 3.00 to give it an authentic look. A fully-fledged two-section house stands proudly on its site-built foundation, showcasing impressive dimensions of 28' X 56'. This house is modeled after one situated about a mile south along Tarp Lane, with no partition wall present in this model - instead, the central hallway takes center stage. The massive skylite overhead enhances the space's ambiance. The partially finished garage and identical-sized room take their place on the ground floor, ready for completion. Noticeably, the dining area is boarded up since a deck hasn't been constructed yet - it can be added as desired and the ground floor finished off as per preference. For optimal user experience, there are two distinct areas within the split hall bath. The tub and WC share one room while the washer/dryer combo and sink reside in another. For easy modification purposes, windows come in the form of movable components; however, some require editing - specifically when active only during main floor display. There's an error that slipped in, leaving two unresponsive windows as a reminder for future adjustments. It's time to put your skills to use on this house, Bob!
