Available formats include .max, .fbx, .obj, .3ds, .stl, and .dae, all conveniently packaged inside a single .7z file. Four distinct diffuse textures are included, each measuring 2048x1024 pixels: Highway_road_clean_01_2K_Base_Color Highway_road_cracks_01_2K_Base_Color Highway_road_patches_01_2K_Base_Color Highway_road_patches_02_2K_Base_Color These same textures are also available in PBR format, with each texture boasting 4K resolution (4096x2048 pixels). Each PBR road texture comes with its own AO, basecolor, height, mask, normal, and roughness maps. Notably, these PBR textures are only applied to the .max files, which can be found in a separate folder within the zip file. To apply textures to the models, simply drag them onto the models inside Unreal Engine - UVs are already set up for seamless application. If you'd like to use other PBR textures provided, an image illustrating how to set up the material is available.
