Modular Guitar String Rack
thingiverse
A modular guitar string rack designed to hold packs of strings of various sizes. Can be as small or as big as you need! Simply join the pieces together using the tabs and sockets using a push-fit design. --- ## Composition The rack is made of 4 unique pieces, and you will need at least 1 of each kind: - `End - R` - `Mid` - `End - L` - `End Cover` --- ## Assembly - The *`End - R`* pieces will always be the furthest on the right of the rack, as there are no holes. You will only need one. - The *`Mid`* pieces attach to the *`End - R`* pieces, or other *`Mid`* pieces. Add as many as you need, in whichever size you need. - The *`End - L`* piece will always be the furthest on the left of the rack, as it has smaller tabs to which the *`End Cover`* attaches. You will only need one of each. For example, in the attached photos, I am using: `1x 20mm_End - R` `2x 20mm_Mid` `2x 15mm_Mid` `1x 6mm_Mid` `1x 6mm_End - L` `1x End Cover` --- ## Sizes Each piece (excluding the End Cover) are available in 20mm, 15mm and 6mm widths. For D'Addario strings, I've found this fits the various sized 3-packs, and single packs.
