I have printed the fittings and the connector with a SLA Printer, and they fit perfectly. The "9mm to Garden hose connector" is printed with FDM, and it fits perfectly too. First, screw the fittings into the T-connector. Next, connect the tubes with the fittings. Finally, connect the Garden hose connector with a 9mm tube; you will need an O-ring for this task.
