Modular gaming hills

Updated 2018-01-15: Added magnet holes like for the entrances. This is a set of pieces designed to let you create hills for wargaming and roleplaying games. The pieces snap fit together with an applied clip. Different sizes are available, so check out possible combinations. Not everything fits visually. You can make full round hills or edge hills (from two pieces) or corner hills (from one piece). Prints should be possible with very low infill settings. I use 5% honeycomb. The hills on the pictures have been painted using different techniques. The desert hill is painted dark muddy brown and then drybrushed with a lighter color. The dark grassy hill is painted black and then drybrushed with lighter and lighter grays. The lighter hills are painted white and then washed with yellow, red, brown, and black. The hills are textured and flocked using a simple technique. Thin down PVA glue with 50% water. Paint on the mixture. Sprinkle sand and grit on them. Let dry. Spray or paint with PVA glue 80% water.
