Modular Frame Corner
thingiverse
The designed corners are meant for installing laser-cut pieces within an enclosure, accommodating 4-40 screws (0.112"). The countersunk hole is circular to fit a nut/lockwasher combo (McMaster #90675A005), considering the lockwasher's bite on ABS material. If you prefer larger machine screws, scaling up might work. Cylindrical holes are provided in two axes for piece alignment and surface gluing. Doubling the height could create additional tunnels to form a rectangular frame or printing another copy for bolting together. Design changes may be necessary after completing the active project.
