Modular formarium

Modular formarium

What we've got: - A modular design that lets you block moves with ease, swap out or add sections whenever needed. - Stays moist despite its compact size. - Utilizes space efficiently. - Extremely simple to produce if you have access to a printer. - Looks great. Materials - PLA plastic, 90 mm lid from a petri dish, gypsum. Each section weighs 60 grams of plastic, takes 5 hours to print. We take the workpiece, prep the gypsum - 90 grams mixed with 60 ml of water, fill it up, close it tight, shake well until walls are evenly coated, set on a table, remove lid, wash, put back in place, wait an hour, dry out, connect, secure door where necessary. I've connected two sections so far, plan to expand further. Eventually, I'll replace the old formarium entirely. Down the line, I'll work on giving it a more polished facade finish. Actual pictures and illustrations are still pending.
