Modular Foam Dart Blaster

Tested extensively & works! I made this thing to support research into middle school student engineering design programs! I needed something smallish, that could take some abuse, and that had replaceable parts for when things inevitably broke. This design can easily lob nerf-style darts 10m or more at an angle of 45°. Includes holes for a landscaping pin to hold down the launcher for use on grass and has a tiered design so you can hold it down with one thumb and hit the bellows with a closed fist. Have students fashion darts into aircraft and see which designs can go the furthest! With an 0.4mm nozzle: Print the pump bellows out of TPU with 3 perimeters, 0.16mm layer height, 6 top/bottom layers, 10% gyroid infill (I use prusaslicer). For everything else use 3 perimeters, 0.2mm layer height, 4 top/bottom layers, 10% infill. Not my original design! Using tinkercad I kludged together a few designs not found on thingiverse: • https://www.printables.com/model/154123-whomp-rocket-angled-launcher-with-flex-pump-remix • https://www.printables.com/en/model/140354-stomp-rocket-launchpad-w-screw-in-parts
