Modular Fire Escape Low-poly 3D model

A fire escape model features both coarse and fine textures, tailored for Unity and Unreal Engine respectively. The modular design allows a 3-meter height adjustment per duplicate; simply add 3 meters to the Z or Y axis for each building level. For Unity, the texture set includes an albedo with alpha mask, metal map with smoothness in alpha channel, normal map, and ambient occlusion. In contrast, Unreal Engine's texture set comprises separate maps: albedo, roughness, metal, normal, alpha, and ambient occlusion.
