Modular Filament Spool Drawer Organizer

Modular Filament Spool Drawer Organizer

Don't discard your old filament spools.... reuse them! This design is based on the spool used by Sunlu filaments (the only PLA I'll ever use now). It should, however, work for any spool that has an inside hole diameter of 56mm - 65mm. If your hole is larger, I'd be happy to upload a shim that would make it work, so just let me know in the comments and I'll create it. Likewise, if you wish to have dividers in the drawers, just let me know as well and I'll make it happen. This design allows for magnetic closure, but it's not 100% necessary. It just makes it much nicer. Also, since it requires drilling 6 holes in the spool, it should be pretty universal. The design is modular, so you can stack as many spools up as you want by simply printing out an extra sleeve for each spool. I've uploaded two different lids. The Radioactive lid looks really great once done but is a pain to print correctly since it requires a lot of small supports. If you just want a flat lid, it's in there too.
