Modular Fascia Roller

You can purchase various types of fascia rollers to treat sore muscles after an injury or sports. Most of these rollers are designed to target specific muscle groups due to their unique design. My modular fascia roller is customizable to be your ideal tool for treating sore muscles. To create the axle, I used a 25mm outer diameter electrical PVC pipe. If you live in a country with different-sized PVC pipes, simply scale the pieces accordingly (x,y). The end caps should fit snugly onto the axle. Test print a few and adjust their size (x,y) if they don't fit perfectly. If you're off by just a bit, use a hair dryer to heat them up and then attach them to the pipe. The roller parts have an inner diameter of 26mm, allowing for smooth movement. Choose from various designs and see which one works best for you. My personal favorite is the flat_3elements roller with a smooth_large wheel on the side. This lets me roll my calves and apply pressure to deeper tissue areas using the wheel. You can purchase a fascia tool that's modular, lightweight, and compact enough to fit into your luggage or gym bag at an affordable price.
