I designed this custom fan for my dad's lawnmower, making sure it's modular for effortless printing of fan blades. Using ABS plastic, I printed the fan and secured the blades with acetone, ensuring a durable fit. After a full summer of use, the fan has performed flawlessly. The second blade iteration proved to be an improvement over the first, boasting a longer design that showcases better aerodynamics. However, there's still ample room for refinement in this project.
