The complete model requires two prints of the full field STL file, resulting in a total of thirty blocks and one print of the three pegs STL file. I have been printing at .2 with zero supports. The files are set up for a 6-inch by 6-inch build plate, which is equivalent to 150mm by 150mm. Standard US 3-hole punches are used in conjunction with overhead projector transparencies for shielding purposes. Any plastic that can be three-hole punched and is clear should work, such as a carefully cut two- or three-liter bottle, where transparencies cannot be found. Ten blocks are required for the front section, ten blocks for the back section connected by T-blocks. Quad blocks are then attached to the T-blocks. The face shield consists of a long piece, a peg piece, two blocks, a center peg, two blocks, a peg piece, and a long piece. This assembly is attached to the Quads above the front band. Finally, the last seven blocks go across the top, with two spare blocks available for customization or as a failsafe in case of part failure.
