I created a desktop 30 degree tilt stand for my Essential PH1 phone for watching movies with ease. Initially, I decided against using cleaning supports to simplify the design process. To achieve this, I designed the stand in separate pieces that could be easily printed and assembled. To scale the models accurately, it's essential to set the print settings to 25.4 on all three axes within your printing software. This will ensure a precise fit between the components. The stand consists of two brackets, two connector pieces, and one tapered connector piece that securely holds everything together. For optimal results, I recommend using TPU as the material of choice since it won't scratch my phone's surface. While the vertical mode works just fine, I found that it tips over easily, so be cautious when adjusting the stand to avoid any accidents.
