I stumbled upon http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:690543 and thought it was a nice find. I decided to try my hand at something simpler and came up with this design. Using Tinkercad, I created the whole thing from scratch. The Frame Bar is 150mm long, 20mm on each side, and features a 10x10mm slot, complete with a bridge for supporting the Block Connector and Corner Block Connector when assembling the parts. If it fits snugly enough, the Block Connector - measuring 30mm long x 10mm square - can transform it into a "Snap fit" design. Once I've printed more pieces and begun to assemble them, I'll likely secure them together using glue or bolts, or perhaps print additional brackets for added stability. A Corner Block Connector was added as an afterthought when designing the other components, and two extra Frame Bars - one 100mm long and another 50mm long - were also included. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 40% Notes: Primavera PLA was used, with a bed temperature of 65C and an extruder temperature of 210C. Simplify 3d software was employed, along with USB connectivity to the printer. Rafts were utilized solely due to my printer's location, while supports were added for the Corner Connector and bridges on the Frame Bars. Support infill stood at 20%, extra inflation at 0.2mm, and support resolution at 2mm.
