Human: Description Hmm... I know sawdust doesn't clog up the wet/dry vac filter. Parts are attached using threads with an ISO Metric profile of M150x2 (lid), M68x2 (end of the cone) or M48x2 (outtake and intake valve). The Cone and Drum are 150 mm diameter. When assembled it is approx. 300 mm in height. Print the parts you need, and see what works best for your wet/dry vac, or create your own to fit the threads. ** This is kind of a work in progress - it works great, but not sure if the intake and outtake valves will work for every hose out of the box. I have a Ridgid Wet/Dry vac with a 1-7/8 house - the fit is pretty snug. Features Threaded parts (if there is a part you don't like you can make your own and attach it) Minimal Supports - Only needed for printing the base of the drum for the intake valve The intake valve should fit a 1-7/8 in. hose or 1-1/4 hose The outtake valve should fit a 1-7/8 in. hose (threaded so you can print your own adapter if needed) Directions Print 1 lid, the drum, the cone/funnel Screw all the parts together. You can print the cap if you don't have a 5-gallon bucket to attach the cone to. To attach to a 5-gallon bucket: Print the inner tube, and attach to the top lid Print 2 of the base lids (cyclone-lid-2.stl)... btw... you can also use this lid in place of the top lid if you have a larger 2-1/2 in. hose. Cut a 2.5 in. hole in the top of the 5-gallon bucket lid Screw on 1 lid to the base of the cone Insert the bottom of the cone through the lid of the 5-gallon bucket lid via the hole you cut Screw on the second lid to the bottom (sandwiching the bucket lid between the 2 pieces. Insert your wet/dry vac hose into the top, insert another hose into the intake valve on the side. ** Use a sealer between the 2 lids if you feel any leaks from the bucket lid attachment.
