Modular Drop Rifle Sluice Sprayer

I made a tweak without messing with the original design, but added something extra. I built the Modular Drop Rifle Sluice box http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1897847 at half size because my printer couldn't handle anything bigger, then assembled it and really loved it. I wanted to use it for fine gold cleanup in a recirculating system. What I needed was a sprayer. This is what I came up with. As it stands now, it fits snugly on top of the half-built sluice box. It slips tightly over the end of the flared-out part of the sluice. It takes a half-inch ID hose connection and shoots out seven jets at forty-five degrees running down the sluice. I added a valve to limit water flow, since the full half inch would be too much. It works great. To print it, put the half-inch nozzle facing away from the bed. I used supports everywhere. Removing all the support material from inside the box is a pain, but with patience, you can do it (I used a zigzag pattern so I could grab some of the support and twist to try and get most of it out through the half inch hole). The spray jets fit an eighth-inch drill bit, so I used that to clean out the nozzles. I have to say, it came out perfectly, exactly what I needed. If you're building for the full-size sluice, don't just scale it up - that would mess with the hose connection. I'll include the f3d file if you want to modify it (or ask me and I can do it easily).
