The upgrade entails introducing distinct tiers for 1000g bottles, 500g bottles, and 100ml measuring cups without requiring users to manually adjust settings by sliding objects up or down. The trays conveniently swing out of the way to facilitate easy access. The remaining components of Modular Drip Tray remain unmodified; they can be downloaded from their original source. Holes for the rods are specifically designed for 5/16" rods, but printer calibration may vary among users. The first base must be drilled with a 5/16" hole to accommodate the rods. I discovered that the second, third, and spacer require 5/16" drilling as well, and applying a dry lubricant like paraffin wax enables smooth pivoting action. Some users may need to file the slot to achieve the desired snap; if it's too loose, applying a strip of thick superglue with accelerator can tighten the gap. Initially, I used aluminum tubing but switched to steel rods due to the latter's greater stability. To enhance stability further, I secured the setup to a piece of particle board using double-face tape. All components can be printed on an Elegoo Mars printer without any issues. However, the tip of the round funnel may get clipped during assembly but still functions effectively. Revision for the swing tray: Due to Houston's hot climate, the original design was experiencing slight sagging; I resolved this issue by adding a support and modifying one side of the tray to enable smooth swinging while keeping the measuring cup securely positioned under the funnel.
