Modular Drill Bit Tray
thingiverse
I designed this modular drill bit tray for my assortment of drills, and after browsing Thingiverse, I decided to create one that could be easily expanded. The design features various lengths that all fit together seamlessly. The STEP file is included, but I used Fusion, so it may not translate well. However, I've updated the design to address some issues. I removed the 8-digit numbering system because it didn't work as intended, and now each size has a blank space available in sizes ranging from 70-130mm. Additionally, I provided metric-numbered versions made using clear Arial digits that paint fills nicely. To add numbers, you can use standard acrylic black paint and an syringe with a needle or simply tap them in with a marker. Note: xx-blank indicates the unnumbered ones, while x.x-size represents the numbered ones.
