Modular Customizable US License Plate Frame

I wanted a customizable license plate frame that could easily print on my regular sized printer (Print area of 250mmx220mm) but couldn't find one. This is a blank frame that can be easily assembled (I used epoxy on the few I've made as it fills the gaps easily), and the areas you would usually print text are nice and flat. The 2 stl's for the top and bottom can easily be imported into a tool like TinkerCAD where you can add the text/model of your choosing. I recommend text height of 2mm for the thin version and 4mm for the thick version (I used the thick version for something hanging on the wall, not for a car). I am able to fit the big piece diagonally on my printer with room to spare, so I believe most people should be able to print this.
