Modular compost bin

Modular compost bin

thingiverse

I've built this modular compost cabinet to replace my old expanded polystyrene boxes (yes, those fish boxes), 41cm long, 28cm wide and 16cm high. Designed with a grid on the bottom to let worms move freely through the boxes contains a long bar to ensure stability. All parts have been designed to be printed in an Ender 3, none of them are bigger than 20cm and can be printed and assembled to complete a 41cm x 28cm box. I recommend using only fruits and non-cooked vegetables, also grass or leaves from your garden, keeping it humid and adding some worms, and you'll get a really good fertilizer! I'll be designing more parts, an 8 or 10cm high module and improvements if I find any faults on this design. I've also designed a cover with pot holes to be used with this compost bin: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3519500
