Thingiverse
This creates a sieve with a hexagonal mesh. It is tapered to allow stacking. Printed on the side are the parameters used to create it, so you can create it again, or simply match like sieves.Height, diameter, aperture size, mesh diameter, wall thickness, and some tolerances are customizable.Use an aperture size of zero to create a top cap, or bottom bin. If you are going under 2mm, consider just buying a commercial wire mesh. Program will assume that <=0.5mm, you just meant zero. Mockup time is fairly zippy, and includes a suggested filename in the console (if using OpenSCAD), and in front of the part which will not be rendered (for customizer users). Render time is proportional to (sieve diameter / aperture)². Remixed from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1745322
