This carriage is fully customizable, allowing me to easily swap out the attachment points where the arms connect. It gives me a range of options to experiment with different delta arm connection methods. This design was built specifically for this printer: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:154832 I used the Kossel mini effector from this thing: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:820768 and it also includes a wedge belt connection and tensioning mechanism inspired by this project (get the wedges themselves from here):http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:793499 Instructions to assemble are below: Assemble the Modular Carriage by attaching it to the Balljoint Carrier Connector using two short 3mm bolts and nuts. Next, connect the Belt Tensioner Clamp to the Modular Carriage with two long 3mm bolts and nuts. To complete the assembly, print two wedges from this thing: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:793499 and use them in the belt tensioning mechanism. I printed my wedges at 0.3mm layer height, with a 20% infill in PLA material.
