This is a game card holder that fits cards from the popular board game Catan and other games. A creative person took a standard set of three of these holders and attached them side by side to create six slots altogether. The idea for this DIY project originated from an internet thread, accessible at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1166421. Initially, some users recommended using glue or bolts to assemble the holders together; however, others wanted a more modern solution that could be applied right away. Someone clever suggested using Parametric Snap Pins as an alternative to glue or bolts for assembling the game card holder parts together quickly and efficiently. Thanks to user 3E8, who made an "unholey" version available online, these innovative snap pins were able to replace the traditional fasteners used by some individuals. In order to create a complete game card unit using this method, you will need three individual card holders along with two snap pins each. Print Settings for Game Card Holder: Printer: XYZprinting da Vinci Jr. Rafts: Doesn't matter when it comes to printing Supports: Also doesn't matter; any configuration works just fine. Infill: It's recommended to keep the infill low (around 10%) for this design, but ultimately, you can print with whatever infill pattern you like best.
