Modular Build System [printed only]

UPDATE 02.10.2023 Uploaded .step files for all length-dependent parts to give you the possibility changing the length of the necessary parts the way you want. Since all other parts can simply be scaled within the slicer, i'm not going to add more Modules. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE 12.08.2023 Added new parts, which allow plates to be mounted between two connection parts. See info-pictures for the mounting hole measurements. New parts are: connector_x2_plate_2mm connector_x2_plate_3mm connector_x2_plate_4mm + the tighter variants ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Description: This is an easy to print, printed only and modular build system. The parts a sticked together and firmly mounted through turning the parts by 90° clock- or counterclockwise depending on the part you've printed. I've already used this system to make a simple little “table” or whatever you want to call it =). It is strong and stable enough to hold about 30Kg without problems. If i would have also added legs into the middle section it would be even stronger. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Function/Recommandation: I recommend starting your builds with just one type of parts, “R” or “L” parts only. As soon as you encounter mounting issues with different mounting direction go for the mixed parts “RL”. If you want to add any plates to your build, as shown in my example build, go for mounting holes of 16,3mm and make the plates from 2mm - 4mm in thickness depending on which “fastening_clip” you are using. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Print Settings: all parts can be printed standing without the need of supports for the longer parts you may consider using a draft (i have printed up to 100mm height without usind a raft) i've printed all parts with 0.2mm layer height printed with 15% infill
