This is a completely customized organizing system for your common battery types. It also includes two sizes of generic boxes to cover special formats or general organizing purposes. Just let me know if you need new models for special format batteries released or if some tolerance needs adjustment. You can always use the included modular CAD file and FreeCAD to adjust the design to your specific needs. FreeCAD model Release v2: After encountering rechargeable AA batteries with a greater diameter up to 14.5mm, causing tight fits, I increased the diameter for the AA modules and released them as V2. If you are using standard AA batteries up to a diameter of 14.1mm, you might want to use the regular modules so the batteries are not too wobbly. FreeCAD model Release V3: While printing boxes with PETG at higher temperatures, connector pockets were sagging. To fix this issue, I created Box50x100x65_v2.stl and Box100x100x65_v2.stl with 2.5mm deeper pockets. I also added 0.2mm to the 9V cut-out in the v2 stl files since some rechargeable batteries are bigger. You can now find corresponding lids and connectors for all modules if you want to create travel modules. If you have problems with the stl files, let me know. As always, everything is included in the V3 FreeCAD file.
