Modular battery case for transportation
prusaprinters
This battery case is aimed toward mobility, modularity and a low usage of material. It consist of a chain of batteries assembled by jonction, each of which protect the pole of the batteries. The number of junction is fully adjustable to any need and any shape. You can assemble it to get a long chain that can easily fit in the side storage of a bag as much as a cube that can go wherever there is any place. This design fit for AA and AAA batteries alongside with a mix of them. It include a protection shell for the batteries that fits between the junction for when a battery risk of being damaged. It can easily be shut by the simple use of some little elastic or of a common one that is fold three or four times. For when you don't need to travel with your batteries, you can also find a pegboard mount for the Skavs pegboard from Ikea. When you are printing, you should make sure to have support that are nicely set up or you could risk to not have enough space in the upper side of the junctions with will break them.I personnaly had no problem printing it with standard prusaslicer settings with only a few modification that fit my printer better. The print should come just tight enough but you can still scale it up or down a few percent to better fit your batteries if your printer doesn't provide the same tolerance as mine.I would consider 100% infil since these are small pieces taking little to no plastic and to avoid having them break.
