Modular Aquaponics Tower Cone Base
prusaprinters

This design is a remix of the original collector cone piece from the Modular Hydroponic Tower Garden by boundarycondition. It allows the tower to be separate from the rest of the system. It uses M5 bolts to attach it to a base.

Print Settings

Printer:

TRONXY X5SA PRO

Rafts:

No

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0.2mm

Infill:

15% gyroid

Filament:
Color Matrix PET
Black

Notes:

The model will have problems printing out the outlet port without knocking it off the build plate. I initially wanted to print in PETG but after much searching, affordable certified food-safe PETG does not seem to be easy to find. I ended up going with PET which I found is not much different to print IMO.

Fair warning: At 60mm/sec and relatively fast accelerations, the print took over 24 hours.

Category: Outdoor & Garden
