THESE FILES ARE SET TO USE STANDARD INCHES, NOT FOREIGN MILLIMETERS SET YOUR 3D PRINTER CONTROLLER OR SOFTWARE PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE TO RECOGNIZE OR IMPORT STANARD FILES BY INCHES ONLY Strong bearings are supported by specially designed mounts for low-cost 608ZZ ball bearings. Mounting holes fit well with pan head #6-32 screws and pan head #8 wood screws, perfect for stable use. The mounting hole distance is precisely set to 1 1/4 inches diagonally. The system works as a complete assembly made of versatile mounting blocks and matching frame plates. All plates are exactly .10 inch thick and easy to resize in the z axis for spacers. Using printer settings that print .2mm layers, the bearings hold securely tight with press fit in the design model. Models designed with PLA materials or those with loose internal diameters will need to adjust scaling down about one or two percent in this instance. Available are mounting options in 3/4 inch and 1/2 inch sizes so that both running a nut against the bearing option is allowed, just not required.
