Modular 3D Printer Enclosure (CR-10)
thingiverse
I designed this enclosure for testing me up on ingeneering... holly crap i'm far from the goal !! Printing: connectors was designed to fit to 30x30 profile M6 tappered in center. Any material a bit stiff would make the job. Extruded profile was too expensive for me so I used bleech squared up. Mainly i printed whole the parts without support by turning them 45° on all axis. If I reach the goal to clean my CAD Files i would share them on this page. Anyway i can send them on demand. I used some things from here to complete accessories I added like hinge https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2187167 and DHT22 The other parts i designed myself on the fly with freecad. There is a lot of work on it and may the time will missing me for going forward since the enlosure is built and working. Working with Raspberry Pi 3B (Octoprint) SKR 1.4 Turbo TMC2208 UART Mode (Klipper) 50a MOSFET (bed heating) DHT22 4 relay Module (MCU On/Off, Lights, Heater) BL-Touch ADXL Hope you enjoy.
