I've whipped up some designs that looked better, but this one was actually the most practical, so I ended up uploading it. I started browsing Amazon stands and was really underwhelmed by the prices. Luckily, I figured out a way to utilize PET water tubing for the support system, making it extremely budget-friendly. The only thing that cost more than I wanted was the brass Elbow and T joints; I'm currently looking into creating some modular replacements to make this setup even more affordable. The Support pieces have been designed with ease of hanging anything from this light stand in mind. I even came up with one for holding my protein skimmer. I used https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:387266 as a reference point for the bolts.
