Modular 1U Relay Rack Mount for (16) Keystone Jacks (with STEP file)
thingiverse
I've assembled this device, but it's still in the process of being installed, so it remains a work in progress. 7-18-2019 - UPDATE: The STEP file is now easily accessible for remixing purposes. The parts have been printed and seem to function properly, although I haven't fully connected cables yet. The keystones also fit perfectly. I'll leave it as a work in progress until it's fully installed, but this could take some time. 6-27-2019 - UPDATE: The version "2U" files that are uploaded have proven to be functional, but the joint between the center module and side modules is quite tight. This is actually a good thing since it means the device will not sag, but be warned that it may require some persuasion or sanding to get it in place. I didn't need to use sandpaper, but instead relied on a rubber mallet, tapping gently on the back of the center module to secure things. Also, make sure to install the door before the sides since it's a real pain to get the sides back off if you miss this step (I learned from my own experience). Another tip for assembly is that using a flat-bladed screwdriver to wedge into the space between the case and M4 locknut can help keep things from spinning when tightening those four screws.
