I redid a few parts in my recent bowden conversion:\r\n\r\n* The BLTouch mount was set up so that the sensor drops down from the top and is secured with just two M3x6 screws. It's essentially a fixed mount, so start with the Z-axis offset at -1.00 mm and adjust it as needed.\r\n* The nut traps in the base plate were oversized, so I shrunk them for a snug fit to prevent them from falling out.\r\n* The block that holds the extruder in place was modified to work better with the existing cable chain.\r\n* I moved the blower over to the left side of the printer because I don't like fan ducts that obstruct access to the hotend from the front. Now, the fan duct bolts to the left side of the baseplate so it can't fall onto your print; the blower slots into it from the top and stays in place due to gravity.
