I'm creating an adapter for my ByerDynamic DT990 headphones using a ModMic 5 clip, but the original tape keeps falling off. The first prototype employed a magnet, however it caused interference with the driver's operation. If you have access to M8 threading, you can utilize the ModMic cap; otherwise, you may use the ModMic cap adhesive. I chose to apply CA glue to secure the cap in place.
