These X-ends are designed to match lead screw nuts featuring triangular flanges. They are slightly taller, enabling broader bearing placement. The nut passes through the flange, and rubber washers are installed between the flange of the nut and that of the X-end. This allows for screws and T-nuts to be placed in all three slots of the extrusion it mounts on, with the outboard holes also attaching to the extrusion if long enough. The concept originates from the initial designs of Aluminatus. The photo showcases version 1. To print, follow regular structural part procedures. It can be printed without supports, although there may be slight challenges with bridging the nut-traps' tops.
