Modified Unlimbited Arm
thingiverse
These are files for a modified Unlimbited Arm from e-Nable that will match percentages with the Smooth Phoenix hand. Files marked 100 are 100% and 130 forearms are 130% for an approximately 9" forearm. If you can print in one go at that size, you're good to go. Otherwise, you'll need to cut and splice like John Diamond's excellent mod on Thingiverse. The "wide belt" versions use a stretchy Velcro type athletic wrap to hold short residual forearms in place. For longer residual limbs, use the regular strap systems. All forearms and cuffs should be thermoformed after printing for an accurate fit. The cuff jig is 130% and useful for both larger and smaller percentages to get a fully rounded shape. The "Chicago Pin" is printed in nylon for maximum strength, but you'll need to add a screw and washer to complete the attachment. This remix stems from files by Po Paraguay, Christian Silva, and the e-Nable Foundation and community. Huge credit goes to them all!
